The Jobcenter-App is a new digital tool designed for citizens and clients of the Jobcenter, which collaborates with the Federal Employment Agency (Gemeinsame Einrichtungen). This application aims to consolidate all relevant information and functions related to the Jobcenter into a single, user-friendly platform.

With the Jobcenter-App, users can access regional information about their local Jobcenter, submit applications, receive messages, and view appointments. The app provides a clear overview of essential services and updates, accessible conveniently from a smartphone.

WHO CAN USE THE APP

<ul>
<li>All citizens can access regional information of the Jobcenters by entering their postal code. This includes localized application forms, event notices, opening hours, and contact details.</li>
<li>The app facilitates communication between clients and their respective Jobcenter. Users can securely access their personal profile via jobcenter.digital on their mobile devices.</li>
</ul>

Prerequisites for accessing the personalized section in the app include:

<ul>
<li>Having submitted an application for Bürgergeld or intending to do so.</li>
<li>Having a dedicated contact person at the Jobcenter.</li>
<li>Possessing login credentials (email address and password) for jobcenter.digital. Please note that usage with your BundID account is currently not supported.</li>
</ul>
